Originally from Templeogue, Lisa qualified from UCD in 2007. After spending 18 months working in a mixed large and small animal practice in Co Antrim, Lisa joined Ark Vets in 2009 and has loved it so much that she never left! Having a keen interest in internal medicine and eager to develop her skills and knowledge in that area further, Lisa achieved a graduate certificate in small animal medicine from UCD in 2016 making her eligible for advanced practitioner status. In 2024 Lisa became a clinical director of our Dun Laoghaire clinic and is focused on continuing to improve our standard of care and making sure we are always operating to a gold standard.
Outside of work Lisa is kept very busy with her 3 young children. After sadly recently losing her beloved dog Charlie, Lisa is on the look out for a new pet to welcome into her home when her children are a little older.
